In many plants this is called Level 2; for me it mainly means readable process behavior, operating audit, work states and event reconstruction on CTL, slitters, tube lines and heat-treatment furnaces.

Systems to record, close, classify and validate downtime with causes, history, responsibilities and data consultation.
